Individual nutrition services are offered to all FSU students. Fees are $15 for initial appointments and $10 for follow-up visits. A licensed nutritionist will discuss any dietary/nutrition related topic with you. Call 644-8871 for an appointment.
Individual consulations are available to all FSU faculty and staff. Fees are $57 for initial appointments and $45 for follow-up visits.

you have a problem? Think you may have a problem with disordered eating or body image? Click here to take an anonymous online screenings for eating disorders. Screenings are free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once you take an online screening you will recieve immediate feedback about your score and referal information to campus resources. |
When you meet with the nutritionist . . .

Write down ahead of time any questions you want to ask.

You may want to write down what you eat for 3 days. This record will help the nutritionist assess your general nutrition intake.

If you take supplements or use medications, write down what they are and the amounts you take and bring this list with you.
You will be asked to complete a Nutrition Intake Form which assesses your eating pattern and food choices. The nutritionist will use this to provide guidance for your eating plan.
